GALLERY AND EXHIBITON SPACE HIRE

Whether you are an established artist or just entering the arena, we offer various options for artists, craft-makers and other creatives to showcase their work and share their skills and experience. 

Exhibition room hire

Our dedicated Exhibition room is located on the ground floor offering 24 linear metres of white wall hanging space with continuous picture rails all around the room and 30m² of floor space to display free-standing pieces (display plinths and tables available on request). The room enjoys plenty of natural light plus further spot track lights are also installed. Available for both solo and group exhibitions.

rent our therapy space

Rent our cosy basement room to share your skills. Suitable for one-to-one therapy sessions or small group (up to 12 people) workshops and classes. Spacious carpeted room, newly decorated. Room size is approx. 4.8 x 5.1 m. Chairs and tables available on request.

Market stall hire

We enjoy the variety that Gloucester Road offers as much as our customers do. To contribute to this vibrancy, we offer a market stall pop-up space positioned right in front of the shop in the busy street of Gloucester Rd Central. We priorities original artists, skilled makers and traders who are creating original products. Trading table included in the hire.

  • Exhibition room hire fee includes:
  • - gallery space hire
  • - display fittings, rail wires, tables and plinths plus help with installation and hanging of your artwork
  • - in-store promotion via shop window display (L)170x(W)60cm, for the duration of the exhibition and an A-board display outside the shop
  • - online promotion on our website and via social media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • - open Preview Night available per prior arrangement
  • - sale staff and invigilators
  • - opening times Mon - Sat 10 am - 5 pm
  • What's not included in exhibition room hire fee:
  • - taking down and packaging for transport
  • - paid bar on Preview night (although you can self-organize and serve complimentary drinks. And we can provide you with the glasses if required)
  • - we do not provide Public Liability Insurance nor insurance for work exhibited in the gallery. The artist or event host should make their own arrangements to make sure their event is appropriately risk assessed and has adequate insurance cover against damage or theft, and public liability.
  • Basement room hire fee includes:
  • - room hire
  • - book and manage your booked hours via online booking calendar
  • - access to the kitchen and a toilet
  • - tea/coffee provided
  • - access to wifi
  • - in-store display of your promotional materials
  • - online promotion on our website and via social media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • What's not included the basement room hire fee:
  • - we do not provide Public Liability Insurance and you are expected to make your own arrangement to make sure your classes/workshops are appropriately risk assessed and have adequate insurance cover
  • Pop-up stall fee includes:
  • - pop up stall space fitting a 6ft table
    - a 2m x 2m gazebo (per request)
  • - 6 foot trading table and a chair (per request)
  • - an access to a socket if required
  • - trading time 10 am till 5 pm
  • - extra 45 min set-up time prior to trading time
  • - online promotion on our website and via social media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • What's not included in the pop-up stall fee:
  • - you will need your own card payment processing system or trade in cash
  • - bring your own table cloth and any display stands you will require
  • - wifi connection to Internet is not provided
  • - we do not provide a sales person for the stall, you will need to provide your own stall attendant
  • - we do not provide Public Liability Insurance nor insurance for items on sale. The pop-up trader should make their own arrangements to make sure their items are appropriately risk assessed and have adequate insurance cover against damage or theft, and public liability.
