This is a handmade hanging hot air balloon decoration made by Bristol based artist Diego Godoy. This sculpture is made using polystyrene which has been hand painted with acrylic paint and then varnished. The basket is made from MDF board and hessian fabric. The “sand bags” are made form a champagne cork and then painted with acrylic paint. Metal chains and string has also been used.
