Hi, I’m Karen – but most people know me as Mustard Cuts. I’m a papercutter and illustrator based in Bristol, creating hand‑cut paper pieces with a focus on clean lines, detail and simplicity. Alongside my papercuts, I draw fine‑line illustrations inspired by local places, some hand-finished with little paper cut details.

I’ve also designed a growing range of magnets, keyrings and hanging decorations – all laser‑cut, etched, and sometimes hand‑painted for that extra bit of personality.

I thoroughly enjoy creating pieces that feel simple, intricate and a little bit unique.
